Domaine de Marcoux is a family estate that began the conversion to biodynamic farming as early as the 1990s. The vineyards are characterised by old vines, with an average age of around 50 years. In the cellar, Sophie Armenier and her son Vincent Estevenin pursue a gentle vinification: the wines are finely extracted, the use of oak remains discreet, and the focus is on a clear, precise expression of fruit.
