Domaine de la Mordorée in Tavel farms 57 hectares organically and biodynamically — with exclusively manual harvesting and plenty of woman power. Madeleine and Ambre Delorme produce wines of strong character in appellations such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac and Tavel, that impress with natural yeasts, high concentration and harmoniously integrated tannins. The aim is powerful, fruit-driven wines with origin and ageing potential — far removed from uniform, technically driven still wines.
