Jasper Morris - Inside Burgundy December 2022

94-98 A slightly richer purple colour than the classic cuvée. The nose is a little bit more discreet, just a question of backwardness, because there is clearly more weight. A massive burst of deep raspberry fruit, less sucrosity and far more power at the finish. The tannins are enveloped by the fruit and the stems only show in the white pepper. Very persistent. Drink from 2028-2040.
