Domaine Lafarge is a family estate over 200 years old and has worked biodynamically since 2000. Its 7 hectares of vineyards lie in Beaune and above all in Volnay. There the average age of the vines is around 70 years, with very low yields of around 30 hl/ha. The result is tightly woven, elegant wines with impressive fruit, finesse and a ripe, fine tannic structure.
