Loire
The Loire crosses more wine regions than any other river in the world. Viticulture has been practised here since the 5th century. Muscadet impresses with a fresh, mineral and zesty character; Chenin Blanc from Savennières shows notes of honey, apple and herbs. Crémant de Loire delights with fine bubbles and elegance. In Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, Sauvignon Blanc wines emerge with aromas of citrus, flint and green herbs.
