In der Nase dunkle Beeren etwas Hagebutten, feine Würze und sanft ledrige Noten und auch Mineralik.
Schöne Länge am Gaumen, feiner/zarter Gerbstoff, Holz spürbar, aber gut integriert,
neben der Frucht, für mich dunkle Kirschen, Zwetschke aber auch Nougat und Karamell.
Feiner mittellanger Abgang mit salzigen Noten im Rückgeschmack.
Ein klassischer Pinot Noir, der jetzt in seiner ersten Genussreife ist.
