96-98 Bright yellow-green with silver reflections. Fine orange notes, ripe yellow apple, dark minerality, tobacco nuances. Complex, juicy, notes of white pome fruit, fresh and salty on the finish, shows very good length, spicy aftertaste, confident aging potential, very typical of Loibenberg.

94 The 2022 Loibner Ried Loibenberg Grüner Veltliner is generously intense in its ripe fruit aromas yet elegant and spiced with notes of crushed stones and iodine. Round and elegant on the palate, this is a savory, intense, aromatic and very fruity but well-balanced Veltliner with a stimulatingly saline and finely grippy yet also intense and aromatic finish. This is a generous yet also fresh and playful Veltliner that is one of the finest produced along the Danube River in 2022.
