The roughly 1,500-hectare appellation of Pessac-Léognan / Graves is among the most fascinating in Bordeaux — it is the only region that produces both great red wines and great dry white wines at the very highest level. With Château Haut-Brion, it is home to the only Premier Cru outside the Médoc. The wines impress with depth, minerality and an extraordinary ageing potential.
